We collect phone numbers, messaging content, and delivery receipts strictly provided by our clients or through Meta WhatsApp Cloud API webhooks to fulfill software functionality.
Data security
All communication data is transmitted securely via HTTPS/TLS and stored in encrypted databases, access-controlled per enterprise client.
Data retention & erasure
Clients retain full ownership of their data. Message logs can be permanently deleted upon client request via support@famfia.com.
